GENERAL INFORMATION

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your treatment to relax and fill out the necessary forms. This will ensure you receive your full treatment time.

BOOKINGS

To secure your large package or group booking, we will require a 25% deposit. If using a gift certificate please quote the voucher number when booking and present your voucher prior to your treatment.

ATTIRE

For Pedicures we recommend open toed shoes to prevent polishes from smudging. When having a spa you may wish to bring a bathing suit if you would like your therapist to enter the room to check on your comfort.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please keep in mind less than 24 hours notice may incur a 25% fee; this means a 25% surcharge will apply on rebooking of a gift voucher.

WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

A 10% surcharge will apply on all weekends and public holidays.
