GENERAL INFORMATION

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your treatment to relax and fill out the necessary forms. This will ensure you receive your full treatment time.

BOOKINGS

Any booking valuing $100 or more will require a deposit to secure your booking. If using a gift certificate please quote the voucher number when booking and present your voucher prior to your treatment.

ATTIRE

For Pedicures we recommend open toed shoes to prevent smudging. When having a spa you may wish to bring a bathing suit if you would like your therapist to enter the room to check on your comfort.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that if you change your appointment time or unable to attend with less than 24 hours notice a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
